CELEBRATING 60 YEARS OF MUSIC PERFORMANCES IN SOUTHAMPTON!
The Southampton Concert Orchestra is a full-sized amateur symphony orchestra performing from a repertoire of classical, romantic and 20th century pieces in venues across the city of Southampton and the surrounding area.
Southampton Concert Orchestra was the first full amateur symphony orchestra in Southampton. It was founded in 1964 by Trevor Morgan, a local musician and teacher who trained at the Royal College of Music as a violinist, conductor and composer.

Romsey Festival Gala Picnic Concert
Bring your chairs, picnic and champagne to enjoy the renowned Southampton Concert Orchestra at the Romsey Festival Gala Concert. Conducted by Paul Ingram and featuring music from Elgar, Parry, Coates, Tchaikovsky and many more, this promises to be a fantastic evening of music at the Gardens.
